Why convert back?
Fancy Unicode letters look nice, but they cause problems. Search engines and in-app search can't find them, screen readers spell them out letter by letter, and forms may reject them as invalid characters. This tool uses Unicode normalisation (NFKC) plus custom mappings to restore ordinary A–Z letters. It also strips combining marks used for strikethrough, underline and glitch text.
Frequently asked questions
Will it change normal text?
No. Ordinary letters, numbers and punctuation pass through unchanged. Only stylised look-alike characters and combining marks are converted.
